Hieee friends today i create a new blog, which i was thinking for so long time ago. It is related my professional and it would going to help the other people from same field. Before that i really have to work on my notes so it would help the people like me, who are average student in there study. I know its not an easy task. I have to really work hard for that.
This blog provide short notes on the topic on Food and Beverage service. Frankly speaking it has vast syllabus. But let see how much contribution i am going to give in my industry. Hope for the best....

Have you heard of Creative
Technologies? It is a billion dollar company and the first Singapore
company to be listed on NASDAQ. The founder, Sim Wong Hoo, is one
of the wealthiest men in this country and is often referred to as Singapore’s
‘Bill Gates’. Like many successful entrepreneurs, Sim Wong Hoo comes from a
very poor family with many of life’s odds stacked against him. He was an
average student and graduated from a local polytechnic at the age of 19. For
most people with a Polytechnic diploma, making a living on $1500 a month would
have made them pretty satisfied. Not Sim. What made Sim different was that
he had a different set of beliefs and values. He believed that he was not just
one of the crowd, he fervently believed that he was capable of a whole lot
more. Coupled with his strong internal values of family, success and
contribution, he set himself a specific outcome to build the world’s first computer
that could talk, sing and play music (besides just crunching numbers). He set
this goal at the age of 17, while still a student! In fact, a few years before
(at the age of about 15), he already set a goal of selling 100 million units of
a ‘new technology’ that would revolutionize the world.
It was this pre-determined goal that got him to start developing all kind of
strategies that no one else ever thought of. In 1981, he took massive action
and founded Creative Technologies with $6,000. A few years later, he launched
his brainchild, the Cubic CT,
which was the world’s first multimedia PC. Did he succeed? No! It was a
complete failure and as a result, the company lost a lot of money. Instead
of seeing it as ‘failure’, he took it as feedback that the market was just not
ready for his product. It was just too complex and costly. He had the
technological flexibility to develop another strategy, a new innovation. Again,
he didn’t get the result he wanted.
Once again, Sim used the feedback to change his strategy and take action
again. He kept changing his strategy over and over again until he came out
with the idea of a developing a low cost music card he called the ‘Sound
Blaster’. When the Sound Blaster was launched, it became an overnight success.
It became a best-selling PC card and the worldwide industry’s standard for
multimedia PCs. Today, more than 60% of all multimedia PCs are based on
Creative’s Sound Blaster Technology. In 1992, Creative Technologies became the
first Singapore
company to be listed on NASDAQ, boosting Sim’s net worth to the billion-dollar
league. Today, Creative Technologies is a multimedia giant with 5,000
employees, over 20,000 outlets in the United States and boasts an annual
revenue of $1.3 billion.
The Formula which Sim Wong
Hoo used is :-
1.Have a Focused Goal.
2.Make a Strategy.
3.Take Consistent Action
towards the Goal.
4.If you FAIL, analyze
your failure and learn from it and change your strategy and TRY AGAIN.
After six months long back journey i came back on blog. Really its tough time for me to spend those six months... my Life has change, i lose 3 kg weight, become slim and flexible, mentally and physically strong.... Now it would be a New Life and New Beginning for me... but than to struggle a lot in future..
Yesterday night when i login on Facebook, usually never log at these time 10:45 pm. But to upload the snap of My Best Pal with my Friends on Facebook. Already i send a friend request to Monie as she is Amit's friend on cruise line and i had seen her snap and comment on Amit's facebook profile. But that time she didn't accept our (Me and Pratik) request. As she told me that, I believe you its not that i don't, its just that i want to disrespect him in any way by adding you and him not knowing and seeing that we were friends when i just met Amit not to long ago. Confirm from Amit and add as a friend.
So the D-day came yesterday when she add me as a friend and frankly speaking i never thought that she and me were chatting first time. I felt that we were Old Friends and meet after long time. Another thing Day before yesterday her Mother (Mom) Birthday gone. And i wish Aunty that "God bless you and may all your birthday wishes come true:) ... wishing you more birthdays to come, and may you stay fit and happy always......"
For Monie: Last night i hugged my pillow and dream't of you... I wish that someday I'd dream about my pillow and I'd be hugging you.. hehehe just kidding.

Its something which I thought, while sitting alone. When we were at school age, our teacher might have raised you a question. What you want to be when you grow? And obviously your answer would have been I want to be a doctor or engineer etc. it is inevitable that when you were in school you had many choices besides, doctor or an engineer. Some, however, achieve in life what they have replied to their teacher. But not everyone has a confused mind like me, who never decided what to be in the future. I keep myself in the category of those people who never give pressure on mind by just thinking about future and destroying all the enjoyment of present. So whenever, my teacher asked me about my future plan, my only answer were the staring eyes at her with confused face as if she has asked me to solve any engineering myth. In short, I had not decided what I wanted to be.
Sometimes, it happens in our life that, what we want to achieve will never get it. The reason is the lack of inputs and excitement, which makes us to change our mind. If we keep our mind stern and just go for it, will surely achieve what we want to achieve in our life. An individual like me who was never determined about career do keep changing my mind on the field of profession. The reason can be various suggestions which I got from my best buddies, who act as advicers. But the main reason behind my changing field is I wanted to explore myself and do something exciting that can help me to reach out to people ASAP. There can be some other medium, but everyone don't carry the same mindset in their life.It is true that no job is easier and I know it very well.
Rejection is the part of life and I too experienced it. A doctor may get the rejection for his research in medicine; an engineer may get rejection for his new development. The same goes for my profession, where rejection means losing. The start was not too easy for me even. With too many rejections and no work, I had a doubt in my mind about carrying this job for long term. But I didn’t lose my hope and I went for it.
All I want to say is, while choosing any profession for your good career, look what and how it can give you the pleasure and excitement with enough pay. Don’t just go for the work which will only provide you higher pay but no mental and other freedom. Do what excites you the most equally by earning by good pay. I don’t mean that you don’t go for doctor, engineer or for any other profession. But do what you like and make it the most exciting profession, which will encourage you to explore yourself more.
Happy New Year, everybody! I wish all of you good luck for this year and God fulfill your Dreams. Today 01/01/2011 is first day of New Year, start writing my first blog of 2011. Today every people think and follow New Resolution. So as per every Good person i also decide to make my resolution to gain something and to quit. I hope i will be committed. I have decided to go aboard and work there, with in these coming 2 years in anyhow. I can earn as much that i can full-fill MY DREAM and support MY FAMILY. I really want to quit few things which i cannot want to mention on my blog in New year 2011.
Hope these year "2011" will make my 50 % dream come true. So I began to start......... What about you guys.
Today is my birthday... and from yesterday night i didn't aspected things happened. Like i am working on my birthday doing my morning shift.. there where people i didn't aspect had called up... its gone be blast birthday. Another thing, yesterday night my dear friend Vinod Lakum had send me Monginis Cake which reached at my home 00:05 am... for me it was the surprising gift. Thanks vinod..
One thing i really like to ask myself "why i was born on this day 25th Dec"?.
Its been long time ... talk to yogita (VFS - Friend). Day before yesterday try to call her on cell, but since she is busy with her work. she didn't received my call & not even try to call back me (kanjus). Its an gift from God to them, how to save money. Again try yesterday, but in the evening time. This time she pick-up my call after long ring. Happy to talk to her... but some miss understanding she had against me, i really try to explain her but it was useless..... anyhow may be some-other time it would be sort out. Some friends still remains in the Heart.... and you are one of them yogita.
It was pleasant to attend the marriage of Deepak. But it was not sure that i am going to attend.. already i had use my leaves for family purpose and for friend (Pratik). God Bless you and congrats.
I've been very busy with my work, so I can't have time to write my blog, there were lots of things I wanted to write.
But it seems that my work is going to calm down a little bit. I hope so.

Hi!! i know still i dint upload any blog in this last two month. Quiet busy with my schedule. But soon i will try to make out time for blog. Blog is the place where you shares your thought, secrets, make comments on any topic, uploads your snaps etc.
Since, two months past out.... definitely try to work out on my blog.
June months 14th days passed out & still didn’t plan anything. I mean to say about my study for which, I left my current job. I want to pass my second year ATKT (subject – Economic) and Third year remaining subject. I knew if I would clear those subject than, I am getting to hit a new job with good package salary.
But still not showing any seriousness. Today, promised myself that I m going to plan a strict rules for myself about study. I have to …. I had only 3 months in hand, in which I can clear my subject.
Hoping to do the best & sincerely with following the time table which I had made.
Far away the Alibaug Port ... It’s the most memorable day. It’s beautiful and people can enjoy the lovely place... “It’s the Best Place in my List”. Alibaug is a well developed place in Maharashtra state, which is very famous for Ports, temple and you can spend two or three day’s picnics with famous beaches. There is lovely BirlaTemple in alibaug which is one of the famous places to be an attractive sight seeing. One can find Beautiful Bungalows, Hotels and Private Resorts as an accommodation options for few night stay. Distance from Mumbai is around 140 to 145 kilometers which can take about 4to5 hour’s journey from Mumbai.
As we went to, group of 10 people. I really like to describe the name from left hand side down, was wearing white tie shirt RAHUL, ROHIT, BHARAT, ME, right hand side upward NARESH, ASHISH, SUNNY, VICKY, MADAN and VIVEK. Later VINOD most important person join us in the evening.
So for us it was full to enjoyment. Lots of creative things happen and unknowingly or unfortunately creative thing done by my dearest friends. As you can make out those things…. through snap. The few snap I had taken up; following are the main Beaches, Ports and Temple in and around Alibaug.
In my last blog, I had mentioned about MGM reunion. It’s almost a decade, that we all old friends going to meet each other. For me it’s unbelievable, as I remember Ravi Gupta have mailed everyone of us and soon there are more reply from each of them ... It has been a decade now after we passed our SSC exams. Not a single reunion so far!! It’s high time we have one get-together now and share our experiences.

And lots of classmate mail there comments about the REUNION idea, But I had mentioned few of them. We had made the list of Mobile no. through which we can be in contact to each other. So finally the D-day came when we going to meet. It was decided on CHILDREN DAY-14 NOV, 2009. But I missed because I already planned for alibaug. Any how, I made commitment that next year definitely I am there… for REUNION – 2010.

Today’s topic is Social Networking, for me it’s amazing to write about social networking. I never thought about social networking can connect me with my old school friends. It would be a decade, through social networking we all decided to meet. As, we pass out in 1999. After school I am always in touch with few friends, in those my best school buddy’s are PRATIK, AMIT, SANJAY alias (PAWAN), MANISH and once in while if anyone meet.
That time there are so many social networking like Facebook, Orkut, Hi5, Tagged, Apna Circle and lots….But I really don’t know about anyone…One day I opened my mail box and there was an invitation from Hi5.com, I wont remember who had mail me invitation and for me it’s something “new”. I make my login id., and after some time, it gets me crazy, means person whom u don’t know and stay far away from u, start chatting or mailing them especially with girls. After long time my neighbor, RAHUL told me about Orkut. That time to login in Orkut needed invitation means you can’t login directly. There must a person who is already member and send u invitation, than only u can make a login id. I started orkuting in 2005. That’s the day when I started social networking. And enjoy Orkut, there r so many things, like uploading snap, scrape, comments, make ur own community, etc. Orkuting is best and easiest way to handle. One day I search and found M.G.MSchool community (that’s my school name). And I found most my school buddies.
Last year, 2009. RAVIGUPTA (my school friend) is the person who decided to get-together. And he mailed everyone subjected: MGM Reunion. So far social networking community is superb, for person like me and everyone those meet after long time to there old friends, relatives and few of them make a good relationship. Try to be connecting with any-one of the social networking. As you don’t know you may be connect with your old buddies or school friends, as like me…
